For the 2012 United Way Extreme Community Makeover Event, Alloway partnered with Women in Construction to install new windows at the Northwest Ohio Literacy Council. The Literacy Council works within the Lima community to enable adults, whose low level of literacy impedes their progress in society, to set and achieve their personal goals through improved literacy skills.
