The LIMS can be pre-installed on a new computer supplied by Alloway and our staff will pre-configure the tests you perform along with the sample identifications and locations you use. Training can be Web-based or on-site to ensure proper implementation.
  
• Advanced Search Capability: You can perform search queries to keep up-to-date on the status of tests and samples which will ease workflow. You can save those queries for future use or delete them as you go.
  
• Security Functions: Alloway LIMS meets document control requirements of accreditation programs when you implement the security functions of the software. Usernames and passwords will be assigned for Administrative control allowing levels of staff access.
  
• Flags Permit Limits: Based on your data requirements, the program will alert you when entered data falls outside the permit.
  
• Defensible Data: The program assigns sequential lab numbers to every sample to comply with sample identification guidelines. You can view controlled analytical batches with required Quality Control samples identified along with automatic sample calculations. You will be able to document the generation of defensible data.
  
• Program Compatibility: Exports data directly to popular operation programs like Operator 10, eliminating the need to re-enter data, thereby eliminating errors associated with duplicate entry.
  
• Flexibility: Data entry fields are defined by you, the user, to manage the information you want to document and report. This means you have complete control over your laboratory, and your software doesn't control you.
  
• QC Data Management: Quality Control data is exported to pre-configured Excel control chart files that plot control limits for you. This helps meet accreditation requirements.
