Maximum Advantage® Basic Quality
Control Software (MA Basic QCS) is simply used to provide you with the
quality control information necessary to confirm that your blanks,
spikes, laboratory control standards, continuous calibration verifications and
duplicates are within control limits. With the capability
of viewing your control charts and control limits you will be immediately
notified if any of your QC results are out of control.
MA Basic QCS equips you with
the capability to print out your control charts. The information
concerning several batches can be accessed together on one page
to assist you in comparing previously generated QC data. MA
Basic QCS is a quick and easy way to provide QC information
for clients or for internal review.
The software consists of one screen displaying
charts and QC data with the the batch numbers that you assign. The
software allows the analyst to easily input data and the opportunity
to see immediately if the point just entered is an extreme value. Similarly,
MA Basic QCS can generate control charts at any time, using
any number of points specified.
MA Basic QCS simplifies data
entry by only bringing one QC data entry screen. In this way the
analyst is sure to enter everything that has been assigned. The
ability of the laboratory to enter its own true values and allowable
limits into the system eliminates the need for entering the same
value, which saves the analyst time and reduces human error. When
an out-of-control value is entered, the program offers a warning
to inform the analyst that the generated data is outside the control
limits.
