Who should participate: This one-hour course is directed toward laboratory directors, managers, analysts, quality control officers, and operators who oversee or perform laboratory or field measurements, and particularly those who may be called upon to defend scientific data. This course will benefit those specifically who generate review and release data, based upon accuracy and precision performance criteria.

Learning objectives: Attendees will learn how to defend data based upon generation of data of known accuracy and precision. You will understand the difference between the various quality control samples, and ways to determine accuracy and precision. You will learn how to construct control charts, and recognize data trends and shifts.
