COVID 19 Response

Dear Alloway Customers:

Considering recent events, we would like to provide an update on how Alloway is handling the situation with COVID-19.  At this time, we are monitoring all the information from the Centers for Disease Control, as well as state and local agencies to ensure we are aligned with their recommendations.

Alloway is registered as an essential service provider through the Ohio Public Private Partnership (OP3) program and our employees are registered through the Emergency Partner Credentialing System.

At this time, we do not anticipate any interruption in service and we are working hard to ensure the timely delivery of results. To safeguard the continuity of our business, our analysts are cross-trained to ensure that analyses can be completed in the event of absenteeism. In addition, we have multiple laboratory locations where analyses can be performed.

We have been proactively communicating with our team about general hygiene practices and reminding employees who don't feel well to stay home.

Our goal is to minimize the disruption COVID-19 has on your testing needs, and our priority will always be to keep our employees and clients safe.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
