Alloway’s Summer Webinar Series: Developing Local Limits for Industrial Wastewater

Date
July 12, 2016, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Participants in Alloway’s Summer Webinar Series rated the program as a huge success! Alloway received 100% satisfaction and referral ratings from our previous presentation, The Impact of Harmful Algal Blooms on the Water and Wastewater Industries, so we will be adding additional topics to our Summer Webinar series!

On Tuesday, July 12th, 2016 from 12 to 1 P.M., Sharon Vaughn, Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator for the City of Dayton, will be presenting, Developing Local Limits for Industrial Wastewater.

The presentation outlines the basic steps needed to develop technically based local limits. As part of a pretreatment program, local limits are an important step in protecting water quality. These limits apply to wastewater discharged from commercial and industrial facilities, and they are designed to protect a site-specific collection system, wastewater treatment plant, receiving water, and sludge.

Alloway is offering this webinar free of charge for all existing and potential customers.
